We want you to love your official Conan Gray merchandise; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and signed items may be subject to final sale restrictions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
